I’m on- well, was- on vacation. Will be getting back to Tampa –hopefully- today or tomorrow. People really are too busy for me, its hard to keep up sometimes, and hard to keep doing what I usually do without feeling like useless deadweight. Its even more awkward since everyone seems to be really close- they value family quite a lot here and I’ve never been used to that. Not that they haven’t been taking good care of me…just that I feel left out of a lot of things since I’m not quite ‘family’. Depression follows me regularly as a result.

My PayPal was flagged for security checks, which wouldn’t be a problem if it weren’t for the fact that I was using my mom’s credit card and she seems to be happily ignoring my requests for the number so I can open it again. Fortunately, I do have a bank account of my own and just need to make another, but banking confuses the hell out of me. Very much. Will be a while before I can get it set up properly, so the commissions will be on a short hiatus. I’m still working on the ones people already requested me, don’t worry. Just won’t charge anyone till I’m done fixing the new Paypal.

Ohyeah. My occupation as a nurse…they’re trying to convince me of joining the Coast Guard. Or Navy. They’re pretty good at explaining the perks and very few cons to it. I actually have a big deal about being anywhere near a battlefield or any military work whatsoever. Simply put, I’m afraid of dying, and the wars and terrorist stuff really put some phobia in me and convince me that’s very likely. But that’s probably a very seldom thing as long as I get the right position, like away from the battlefield, but eh…still need to research on it. Better than a safe, regular 48 hours a week job?
